“It feels weird”- Colin Cowherd on the Tom Brady rumours
Colin Cowherd on his show Herd w/Colin Cowherd talked about the recent rumors circulating around Tom Brady and said,
“I’m supposed to believe the most prepared and detailed athlete of my life is just going to throw a haymaker out and come out of retirement? It makes no sense.”
He added, “Brady would go 6-7 months in his life without beers and strawberries, and now 2-3 weeks after retiring he has lost all discipline, he is just frantic at home, bailing water bored out of his mind, can’t get it together, wants to be back desperately, it just doesn’t feel like Tom Brady at all.”
Colin Cowherd talked about how the Tampa Bay Buccaneers still have rights for Brady and if he by any chance decides to go to the San Francisco 49ers they can ask for Jimmy G in return as they are in a dire search for a quarterback.
He talked about how Kyle Shannahan’s system would fit perfectly for an efficient quarterback like Tom Brady and he might play better than how he played at the Bucs but still doesn’t fancy the chance of him coming back from retirement just months after announcing it, which is very unlike for a person like Tom Brady.
