“Dallas never made an offer” – Dak Prescott was heavily recruiting Von Miller but the front office wasn’t interested in the star pass rusher
Von Miller and Dak Prescott
One of the biggest signings in the free agent has got be Von Miller to Buffalo Bills. The Bills spared no expenses in recruiting the Super Bowl LVI champs. The pass rusher signed a 6-year $120 million deal with the Bills.
An interesting tidbit about Miller’s signing is that Cowboys star QB Dak Prescott was trying to recruit him to Dallas however the front office showed no interest in signing him which is rather idiotic.
The Cowboys rejected Dak Prescott’s plea to bring Von Miller to Dallas
“I’m told Dak Prescott put more effort into recruiting Von Miller than Cowboys management. Once Gregory signed with Denver, Miller had Dallas as his #1 destination. Dallas never made an offer. The Cowboys need someone in the locker room that understands what it takes to win a Super Bowl,” Newy Scruggs tweeted.
It looks like Dak Prescott is the only one who is looking to add Super Bowl 50 MVP to help them guide to a much needed Super Bowl. The Cowboys should’ve leaped at the chance of adding Von Miller to their roster since DE Randy Gregory flipped on them to go join the Broncos. It’s unclear why Dallas’ front office refused to make an offer to Miller after Prescott did heavy recruiting of the star pass rusher.
