“He’s just different,” Daniel Jeremiah picks this Pittsburg QB as the perfect pick for Denver Broncos in NFL 2022 draft

After the 2021 season ended on a rather dull note for the Denver Broncos, with them finishing at the fourth spot in their AFC West division, the franchise is looking for a fresh start in the upcoming 2022 season.

One of the main goals of the Denver Broncos for the coming season would be to make it into the playoffs and they need to identify the right personnel, who would eventually help them achieve the goal. The offseason would give them the perfect time to ponder over their decisions, and have the right pick during the 2022 NFL draft.

Leading NFL analyst, Daniel Jeremiah has suggested his choice as to who he thinks would benefit the Denver Broncos. The Broncos have failed to replace their legendary quarterback Peyton Manning, ever since the 2015 Super Bowl-winning season. Jeremiah picked Kenny Pickett of Pittsburgh Panthers as the guy who might just help them hold the fort.

“When you watch all these guys and you kind of watch them all one after another, he’s just different with how quickly he operates, just getting through progressions, get the ball where it needs to be,” Jeremiah said of Kenny Pickett.

“He doesn’t have wow arm strength, he doesn’t blow you away with that, but he’s got really good vision, he throws with anticipation and timing, I think he’d be ready to come in and play right away.”

The 23-year old quarterback had a breakthrough year for the Pittsburg Panthers last year and is being hailed as one of the top quarterbacks in the 2022 NFL draft, and he could be one of the Top-10 picks of this draft if the Broncos decide to go for him.
