“Hypocrisy”: Emmanuel Acho calls out Brian Flores for suing NFL while the law firm representing him has ZERO black attornies

The NFL provides a platform for innumerable football enthusiasts to live their dream. The games have a global appeal and many youngsters desire to be a part of them. However, from time to time, the league also gets involved in a number of controversies.
This time, former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores has filed a lawsuit against the NFL and several franchises. In the lawsuit, Flores has stated that even after the “Rooney Rule” came into effect, racial discrimination remains a major part of the NFL hiring process.

As soon as the news of Flores’ lawsuit gained prominence, a lot of people came out in his support claiming that the NFL should take relevant steps to encourage diversity. However, Emmanuel Acho came up with a completely different take on the issue on the talk show ‘Speak For Yourself.’
“Here’s my biggest issue with Brian Flores and how it all paid out. I noticed a complete lack of diversity in the law firm that is representing Brian Flores. All of the partners in the law firm are white, and if you go through the law firm’s webpage, every person of the 19 people listed, you will not find one black person,” Emmanuel stated.
“So wait a second Brian Flores, you are suing the NFL because of a lack of diversity, and your representation in suing the NFL lacks diversity, somebody gotta make it make sense. That’s the only part that irks me. I mean how can you sue NFL for lacking diversity in head coaching rankings while representation you have suing the NFL has less diversity than the NFL itself.”
He further pointed out that the law firm has 6 partners and none of the partners are black, the head of marketing is not black, none of the paralegals are black, none of the attornies are black.”19 individuals on that team and not a single black individual,” Emmanuel claimed.
