The Minnesota Vikings will look to bounce back from a narrow defeat against the Denver Broncos as they welcome the Chicago Bears at U.S. Bank Stadium on Monday, November 27. It left the Vikings with a 6-5 record after their 11 games. On the other hand, the Bears blew a 12-point lead and lost their eighth game of the season against the Detroit Lions.
Joshua Dobbs has been a revelation since his midseason move from the Arizona Cardinals. He has a completion rate of more than 60% and has four touchdowns since the transfer. Justin Fields returned for the Bears last week after missing four games with a dislocated thumb, which he suffered against the Vikings in Week 6.
The Minnesota fans are in for a treat as the Vikings are set to wear their throwback deep purple. It’s a nod to their earlier years when the uniform used to be of a similar style.

Why can the Minnesota Vikings win?
Dobbs could once again prove to be the difference-maker for the Vikings. Besides being efficient with his hands, the 28-year-old is very efficient with his feet. As it stands, #1 receiver Justin Jefferson will miss the game against the Bears, so Dobbs will look to make plays on the field more often than not. He will benefit from the likes of TJ Hockenson, who is fifth in the NFL with 75 receptions and leads all tight ends with 736 yards.
The Vikings do have a very good offense, especially the running backs, who have been doing their part. John Harbaugh‘s side is 10th in the NFL in yards per game (360.5) and 11th in points per game (23).
Why can the Chicago Bears win?
The Chicago Bears don’t have much going for them aside from their away form. They are 3-3 ATS on the road. Bouncing back from a disappointing loss at the hands of the Detroit Lions will be tough. Fortunately, they too have a good run game and are currently the fourth-best rushing offense in the NFL (139.5 yards per game).
Despite a lengthy spell on the sidelines, Justin Fields has thrown for 1,370 passing yards with 12 TDs and has rushed for 341 and one score. His best target man has to be DJ Moore, who is eighth in receiving yards with 889. Another player he should look to bring more into the game is tight end Cole Kmet. He has secured 49 receptions and 5 TDs despite the changes in the quarterback position.
The Bears are 29th when it comes to points allowed per game. Offensively, they stand at 20th in yards per game (323.8).
