I felt that was the most pointless thing I’d ever had in my whole life, and I was right. I was thinking to myself, ‘What are they doing?’… After that, I thought to myself, ‘Goodness knows what to say to this guy?’… I couldn’t make out what was being said,” Bundchen said as quoted by People. Bundchen’s first NFL game came against Brady’s previous club, the New England Patriots, playing against the San Diego Bolts at Gillette Stadium. Having gone on just a few dates with Bundchen, Brady decided to ask her to the game.

Brady and Bundchen were married in 2009 and are the parents of two sons and two daughters. Brady is also the father of a boy from a previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan. According to Bundchen, “I think we could both appreciate that commitment as well as the level and devotion it requires to be very good at something“.

It wasn’t until Tom Brady was in his late 30s or early 40s that he realised he wanted to marry. “I didn’t even think I’d be engaged till I got late into my career, delayed the 30s, late 40s, I was going get engaged,” he said. “And then she becomes who. We shared tremendous importance of family, I shared a strong affection for one another, and humans wanted to create a family together,” said the couple.

Brady was at the height of his professional success when he wedded Bundchen. And, even though Brady is closer to retirement today than he was in 2009, Brady is exhibiting no indications of slowing down his pace. With Tampa Bay Buccaneers this season, the great quarterback has finished 68 percent of his throws for 4,134 yardage and 36 touchdowns in 13 games played. As a result of his efforts, the Buccaneers have a 10-3 record, which puts them in a tie for first place with Green Bay Packer & Arizona Cardinals again for the longest winning streak in the NFL.
