The Dallas Cowboys will take on the Detroit Lions this week on Saturday. It is a game between two teams vying for the conference’s top seed. The Cowboys are 10-5 for the season, whereas the Lions improved to 11-4 after winning their last game on Sunday.

Both these teams have had very interesting seasons and they will hope to grab that top seed in the conference in a tight NFC.

The Cowboys came into the season on the back of a humiliating Divisional Round loss to the San Francisco 49ers last season. They are always under the microscope and are expected to make a deep playoff run almost every time.

This year hasn’t been any different. They have played some great football and are expected to at least make the NFC Championship game this season.

The Lions, on the other hand, were expected to do something special this season after an inspiring end to last year’s campaign. They came into the season on the back of a solid eight wins out of their final ten games to finish the 2022 campaign with a record of 9-8. The Detroit-based team started this year with a bang, winning their season opener against the defending champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Cowboys have the upper hand in their head-to-head matchups with the Lions. They have won their last five meetings and have an overall record of 18-12 against the Lions. In their previous meeting, the Cowboys dismantled the Lions, 24-6, in October last year.

Cowboys’ QB Dak Prescott had a good game as he threw for 207 yards and 1 touchdown while completing 19 of his 25 pass attempts.
