The Cincinnati Bengals have been nothing short of sensational this season. Needless to say, they were the underdogs and they didn’t really have the most consistent of the season in the earlier phase at least. However, they picked up, came together as a unit, and now, they are headed to the Super Bowl.
In the playoffs, not a lot of people were giving the Bengals a chance to get past top teams but they did. They had their biggest challenge in the Championship game where they faced the mighty Chiefs. Although they were dominated by Mahomes and Co in the early stages, the Bengals scripted a terrific comeback and eventually emerged victoriously.

Expert analyst Dan Orlovsky, who earlier had praised Joe Burrow when no one was really looking towards the Bengals as potential Super Bowl contenders recently trolled Stephen A Smith in brutal fashion. Actually, earlier in 2021, Dan, on First Take had said that Joe Burrow has the capability of taking his team to a Super Bowl to which Stephen A had laughed hysterically.
“You give me Joe Burrow, you give Joe Burrow the Pittsburgh Steelers defense, he can win the Super Bowl this year, he is a Super Bowl contender,” Dan had said to which Stephen A had replied by saying, “What? That’s insane, you got to be kidding me.” Reminding Stephen A about the incident, Dan recently made a few points on First Take.
“I’ll say that I say things that are pretty accurate and when people like you come at me for some of the things I say at the moment, it leaves a memory in my mind. I remember I made a statement about Joe Burrow and the Bengals back in the summer,” Dan said.
Indeed, Dan absolutely destroyed Stephen A and he has got all the right to do so. Nobody, including Stephen A gave any chance at all to the Bengals apart from Dan, and now, when the Bengals have succeeded in surprising everyone, Dan can troll the ones who didn’t agree with him as much as he pleases.
