The Washington Football Team, which is now known as Washington Commanders has seen a lot of ups and downs in the last few years. It all began when sexual harassment allegations were made against former employees, which led to a $10 million fine on the franchise from the NFL because of the workplace culture.
Since then, a lot of more allegations have emerged, especially against the Washington co-owner Dan Snyder. Recently, former cheerleaders Melanie Coburn and Tiffani Johnston also opened up about the ordeal they faced. The went to accuse Snyder of ruling them “by fear.”
Melanie Coburn stated that no matter what, Snyder had the final say in choosing the cheerleaders and even fired a lot of talented ones as they weren’t the prettiest in his opinion, “because they weren’t the prettiest, in his opinion,” Coburn said. “An NFL owner who hired and fired employees based solely on their looks, it’s despicable,” she added.
‘The video department had been told to edit together lewd footage of the cheerleaders”: Brad Baker

Coburn claimed that a lot of cheerleaders were forced to accompany Snyder to his house where he even forced one of the cheerleader to consume alcohol, even when the lady was a recovering addict. She claimed that she was asked to go the basement of Snyder’s house after the party. “I later learned from a colleague, who was there, that it was because the men had invited prostitutes back,” Coburn said.
Tiffani Johnston also made some shocking claims. She accused Snyder of touching her inappropriately during a team dinner. She stated that Snyder was warned by his attorney not to drag Johnston into his Limo, otherwise, he was all set to harass her inside his car as well.
“The next day, I learned when I told a senior co-worker about Dan Snyder’s sexual advance that I should ‘not repeat the story to anyone outside this office door,’” Johnston stated. “That was when I also learned there was no one to go to about Dan Snyder’s advance, no path to report the incident.”
Brad Baker, who worked as a video production manager for the team also made some shocking revelations. “The video department had been told to edit together lewd footage of the cheerleaders at the request of Dan Snyder. Little did we know, they were zooming in on private parts and keeping cameras rolling during costume changes,” he said.
“I’ve cried with the women in these videos, as they explained the horror of seeing themselves in what is essentially a soft p*rn video soundtrack to Dan Snyder’s favorite bands,” Baker claimed. NFL fans and the general public would expect serious action against everyone involved.
