The NFL 2022 season is knocking on the doors, with not even a month left for the action to kickoff for another enthralling season. During the offseason, the NFL saw plenty of wondrous trade moves and draft signings which will add an extra zing to the new season.
One issue which is yet to be resolved is of the San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo who has been closer to leaving the franchise than ever during all throughout the offseason. However, despite all the talks the 49ers have yet to find themselves a suitable trade partner for Jimmy Garoppolo.

Jimmy Garoppolo’s future in the NFL is yet to be decided with only days remaining for the 2022 season to start
Amidst the uncertainty regarding his future, and unknown 49ers assistant coach has given a scathing review of his professionalism. The coach claimed that Jimmy Garoppolo could not be contacted for weeks in 2018, immediately after he had signed the mammoth 5-year contract extension paying him $137.5 million, with the 49ers.
“Once he left that press conference nobody heard from him for weeks and weeks,” an unnamed 49ers assistant coach on the 2018 staff said (H/T Peter King’s Football Morning in America.) “He didn’t return calls, he didn’t return texts — he basically just vanished. And we were looking at each other going, ‘What just happened.'”
These comments from the coach will not increase his reputation and at a time like this, Jimmy Garoppolo would not hope his potential suitors believe in these comments. The 30-year-old quarterback is currently looking to get back to his best physical shape after his elbow injury from last season.
