Aaron Rodgers is one of the biggest stars in the world of the NFL. There is no doubt about the fact that he is indeed one of the best in the business, after all, winning back to back MVP is not everybody’s cup of tea. However, the man just loves to stay in the news. He just can’t help himself in that aspect.
So when Davante Adams had his say about Aaron and Derek Carr, it was evident that a reply from Aaron is around the corner. From saying that Carr and Rodgers are on the same level to claiming that Carr has better arm talent, Adams has done a lot to uphold and defend his new quarterback.

Not long ago, Davante spoke to CBS Sports at the Raiders training camp. He was asked about the transition from Rodgers to Carr and his response was rather shocking. “Anytime you change quarterbacks from hall-of-Famer to Hall-of-Famer, you go Stabler to Rich Gannon or whoever, it’s going to be a little bit of an adjustment.”
Although not directly, finally the Green Bay QB had his say. When asked about the transition from Davante Adams to Allen Lazard as WR1, Rodgers said, “I mean it’s always tough going from Hall of Famer to Hall of Famer. From Davante to Allen, it’s gonna be a transition, but he’s capable of a lot.”
Aaron went on to claim that since his first day in Green Bay, Lazard has been able to turn heads and is constantly working out to improve his gameplay. This is a typical Aaron Rodgers response, now we can say that the game is well and truly on. It will be interesting to see if Davante responds to what Aaron has claimed.
Without a question, the coming season will a little tougher than the last one, both for Davante and Aaron as they complimented each other incredibly well at Green Bay and now they’ll be taking on each other.
