Antonio Brown, who curses ex-teammate Tom Brady every now and then, admits ‘f**ing up’ in a cryptic social media post

It appears that Tom Brady did not receive the invitation from old teammate Antonio Brown, asking to go fishing. Or maybe the 46-year-old decided he had no business poking the beehive again. But when the king bee himself wants to reconcile, what will Brady’s answer be?
In the early hours of Sunday, before the Chiefs took on the Ravens at M&T Bank Park for the AFC Championship game, Brown shared a meme that seemed to be an apology. In it, there was a snapshot of Bradley Cooper with a phone from his movie The Hangover.
Brown captioned it,
If Tom Brady sees this.
On the poster, there was a sentence. “Yeah, listen, I fu*** up.”
This could mean a lot of things. Either he’s saying sorry for all the controversy he created regarding Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, or it’s an apology in the general sense. Nevertheless, Brown’s sudden change of heart leaves more questions than answers.
Brown is constantly trying to mend his relationship with Brady
In Week 17 of the 2021 season, while playing against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brown took all of his gear off and left the pitch bare-chested. That was the last time anyone ever saw him on the football pitch. Since then, the 35-year-old has dabbled in various other ventures. One of them is rap music, which he claimed to be his passion.
Despite his sudden disappearance, the 7-time Pro Bowler never forgot his up-and-down relationship with Brady. When the latter moved to Tampa Bay, Brown followed him and won his only Super Bowl. Even though the two still don’t see eye to eye, they have massive respect for each other. At least Brown said he has one for the retired quarterback.
While appearing on the Fresh & Fit podcast, Brown said,
Tom is a great player. He is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time in the NFL. There’s no bad blood, no bad energy. He’s a great football player, helped me in my career, and called me back when they won the Super Bowl. Shout out to Tom Brady.
The All-Pro playmaker was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 6th round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He was a bit of a journeyman during his 12-year stay in the NFL. After leaving the Steelers, he had spells with the New England Patriots and ended his career with the Buccaneers. Brown’s best year was in 2015 (Steelers) when he caught 136 passes for 1834 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns.
