Von Miller, the elite NFL linebacker is in some serious trouble this time. He has been accused of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend. The law enforcement in Dallas have confirmed that a warrant for a charge of assaulting a pregnant woman has been issued for Von Miller, who is 34 years of age and is currently playing for the Buffalo Bills.

As per the police, a preliminary investigation has found that the linebacker got into a verbal back-and-forth with his girlfriend before he allegedly assaulted the victim, who happens to be pregnant. The victim received treatment for minor injuries sustained and an arrest warrant was issued for Von Miller for assaulting a pregnant woman as per police sources who spoke to WFAA.

The Buffalo Bills have refused to release any statement in this regard as they “are in the process of gathering more information.” Police responded to a “major disturbance” call in the 3100 block of North Harwood in Uptown Dallas. Von Miller left the scene before the cops could arrive at the scene.

Von Miller was previously arrested for an unknown charge in 2021

He is yet to be arrested and a charge of assaulting a pregnant person is considered as a third-degree felony in the State of Texas. Von Miller who originally hails from DeSoto is playing on the Bills for the second season. He has previously played for the Los Angeles Rams in 2021 and the Denver Broncos in between 2011-21.

Von Miller has been under investigation by law enforcement on previous occasions as well. In 2021, he was under investigation by the Parker, Colo PD but the District Attorney’s office for the city did not move ahead with this case against Miller. The details regarding the investigation were not disclosed.

Von Miller is an alumnus of Texas A&M and has been a two-time first-team All-American. He has won two Super Bowl titles so far. Von Miller’s season and NFL career could be in jeopardy if the linebacker pleads guilty to these charges. It is pretty disturbing that he hit his girlfriend who was pregnant with his child.
