“TRASH”: Bebe Rexha faces the heat from NFL fans following her disappointing Thanksgiving halftime show

Bebe Rexha's haltime show was a wreck
The NFL‘s streak of disappointing halftime shows had come to an end after last year’s Super Bowl, which had one of the most star-studded lineups that we have seen in a long time. From the likes of Snoop Dogg, Mary J Blige, 50 Cent, Eminem, and Dr. Dre, it was dubbed by many to be one of the greatest performances ever.
However, all good things must come to an end, and the NFL has reverted back to its old ways of booking artists who are great but may not be the best choice for halftime shows. This Thanksgiving, the league chose Bebe Rexha to perform at the halftime of the Detroit Lions and Buffalo Bills game.
The Bills won 28-25 at Ford Field stadium but more than Lions’ fans being disappointed over their team’s performance; they appeared to loathe the halftime show which they were subjected to watch. Bebe Rexha came out and did her thing. She performed well but fans were far from happy with this show.
Bebe Rexha was booed by fans during the Lions-Bills halftime show:

Her performance went viral on social media, but for all the wrong reasons. She received more boos than cheers. This was the star’s first-ever performance during halftime and she did admit that she was nervous before stepping on stage. It was not entirely her fault, as whoever set up the program clearly is a rookie.
The stage on which she was scheduled to perform was a tiny setup that was located in an odd corner. The stage could barely be viewed by fans due to its location. Some fans thought that the song was a recorded one and that the star just came out to lip-sync, which was not the case. In all fairness, the star got booed for something that was not her fault, however, fans were not thankful for her performance on Thanksgiving. Here’s how they reacted on Twitter:

But she could not be seen at all. Maybe that is why fans were annoyed.
Where do I get a refund?
This is how fans were throughout the halftime show attempting to find where the music was coming from.
Turns out, so was her halftime show.
In all fairness, it was not a Super Bowl show, so it will be forgotten sooner than you’d think.
Props to Bebe Rexha for trying. She did put on a show, unfortunately, due to the way the event was handled and set up, fans were not able to enjoy it.
