“Time to turn page”: Bengals HC Zac Taylor reckons the team will certainly take care of the “Unfinished Business” this year

After finishing near bottom of the barrel in Coach Zac Taylor’s 1st two seasons at the helm, the Cincinnati Bengals were 1 win away from winning it all and taking home the Lombardi Trophy. So even if the teams were not ready for Bengals then they need to be ready now.

No one would have thought at the start of the season that the team from Cincinnati will en up crossing all the hurdles and will eventually make it’s way to the Super Bowl. The credit goes to Burrow for leading the team from the front and to every member of the unit who responded when it mattered.

Bengals coach Zac Taylor said to Geoff Hobson of bengals.com that the biggest challenge his team faces this season is the fact that they won’t be surprising anyone this season. Last season many teams may not have been ready for what Taylor’s team did by going 10-7 during the season and went big game hunting in the post season as they took out the Raiders, the Titans and the Chiefs before eventually falling to the LA Rams.

Led by the dynamic duo of Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase, one of the best QB-WR duo in the game, Bengals will have alot to live upto after winning in their 1st playoff game since Jan.1991. The two LSU tigers are looking to win another championship together. When Zac was asked if the team wants to take care of the unfinished business from the last season, he replied by saying, “that’s the goal every year. To get back and win that game. That is certainly something that drives us.”

Bengals’ poster boy Burrow made an epic return to action after suffering one of the worst injuries a mobile QB can suffer against the Packers the season before last. It will be interesting to see how the Bengals perform in the coming season. Certainly, they will have a lot more pressure on their shoulders this time around.
