Even the Jumbotron couldn't stop the Bills Mafia
Buffalo Bills fans have come under heavy criticism for throwing snowballs at the Dolphins players. The weather was a big story heading into the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins matchup.
The Bills Mafia, known as one of the most passionate fan bases in the National Football League, started throwing snowballs onto the field after the Bills scored their first touchdown of the game. Josh Allen threw a 14-yard touchdown at his rookie TE Quintin Morris.
Buffalo fans continued to throw snowballs onto the field even after a message was shown on the jumbotron, which advised fans to not throw snowballs toward the players. Fans ignored the message and continued throwing the snowball.
During the second quarter of the game, the fans were throwing snowballs at the Dolphins’ wideout Tyreek Hill while he was trying to catch a pass from his quarterback in the Endzone. “Dodging defenders and Snowballs,” Commentator joked about the incident.
The Buffalo Bills ended up winning the game 32-29, thanks to a game-winning field goal from Tyler Bass. The Bills have now confirmed a playoff spot for the fourth consecutive year with this victory.

While Buffalo fans thought it was fun to throw snowballs aimed at the players, the rest of the NFL fans did not react to the act in a positive way. Dolphins fans were the most pissed understandably since the incident was happening against them.
The Eagles’ fans took the opportunity to remind everyone about how they are still criticized for a similar kind of incident. The incident happened all way the back in 1968 during a game against the Minnesota Vikings.
It’s not the first time the Bills mafia has thrown objects onto the field, there are several incidents in the past where the Bills fans have thrown some obscene things on the field of play.
On the business side of things, the Bills will look to clinch the AFC East division with a victory over Chicago Bears who they will be facing on Dec 24.
