A few days ago rumors started to spread that the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes‘ wife Brittany Mahomes is going through a rift with the global music superstar Taylor Swift. The rumors were squashed after Swift and Brittany were seen having a great time together during the Chiefs’ week 15 game against the New England Patriots. And now, Brittany has sent a message to the rude a** haters on her Instagram story.

It is unsure what particular issue Brittany was talking about in her story. But, she has been getting a lot of hate messages lately on her Instagram post. For instance, in her recent Instagram posts people were bashing her for not wearing Chiefs gear.

People compared Brittany to Swit, who pulled up to the Gillette Stadium in full Chiefs gear to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce. One user wrote, “Why can’t you wear Chiefs gear and support KC like Taylor does?” She could’ve been talking about the hate comments from those kind of fans.

Apart from that, as previously mentioned, there were also rumors about a rift between Swift and Brittany. Some Taylor Swift fans were verbally attacking Brittany online since she supported her brother-in-law Jackson Mahomes after he was accused of sexual assault earlier this year. Some also attacked the 12-time Grammy Award-winning music artist for attending games with Brittany.

What happened between Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes?

The rift rumors between Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes started after an episode of 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Zolak & Bertrand radio show. During that episode, a caller named Jake dialed in and shared an “inside scoop.”

Rumor was that Brittany went to tabloids after she hung out with the global music star. However, both Brittany and Taylor Swift squashed those rumors by attending the game together on Sunday.

They not only hung out together, but they seemed to have a great time. In one instance, Swift even lifted Brittany to celebrate Kansas City’s touchdown. So, apparently, there isn’t any bad blood between Patrick Mahomes’ wife and Travis Kelce’s girlfriend.

On the sporting side of things, the Chiefs are currently holding a 9-5 record and are at the top of the AFC West division. Next, they are set to take on the Las Vegas Raiders in their week 16 matchup.
