Everybody knows Charles Barkley is not a big Skip Bayless fan. The former NBA player has lashed out at the Fox Sports personality many times in the past. In that trend, Barkley now sounded off on Bayless over the latter’s take on Tom Brady and Bill Belichick’s role in the New England Patriots dynasty.

During a recent episode of The Dan Patrick Show, Barkley brought up a comment from Bayless, where he allegedly said Belichick couldn’t win championships without Tom Brady. He then expressed his hate for Bayless. The former NBA player went nuclear on Bayless and said he hates him with every fiber of his body.

Let me tell you how stupid some of these guys are on television. You know how much I hate Skip Bayless. I hate him with every fiber. Sometimes he makes me want to gain weight back so I can hate him with even more weight.

It is unclear when Bayless made the comment Barkley was referring to. However, Barkley then went on to cite Bayless’ recent take about how Bill Belichick was just a glorified defensive coordinator. Bayless insinuated Belichick couldn’t have won those without the help of the 15-time Pro Bowl signal-caller.

When Barkley was ranting about his hate towards the sports analysts, show host Dan Patrick interfered and asked him why he kept watching these shows if he hated them. Barkley simply replied that he does not watch the shows, but people keep sending him the ‘hot takes’ from the analysts.

I don’t watch these shows. People send me these hot takes and I love going hard at people. Because to sit there and say, ‘Bill only won championships because of Tom Brady,’ that’s stupid and asinine.

Barkley then addressed how people call Belichick overrated now since he couldn’t win a Super Bowl after Tom Brady left him. The former NBA MVP claimed that someone who went to 9 Super Bowls as a head coach can never be overrated.

It has been more than 4 years since Tom Brady left Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots to sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since then, he has won 2 division titles and 1 Super Bowl ring and has retired from the sport twice.

And now the star quarterback addressed the rift with Belichick in a 10-part Apple TV+ series about the Patriots dynasty, which premiered on February 16. According to The Athletic, Brady said he was determined not to re-sign with the Pats since he didn’t like how Belichick handled things.

Belichick and Brady worked together for nearly 2 decades in New England. But, it seems like Brady got tired of Belichick’s way toward the end of his tenure with the Patriots.
