The Kansas City Chiefs vs. the Las Vegas Raiders game had everything that an NFL fan could ask for. Thriller, excitement coupled with good football. In addition, the fans also witnessed moments of heated conversations between both teams. Things got so heated that players from both teams were also indulged in a physical tussle.

The Chiefs rookie WR Rashee Rice and the Raiders veteran CB Jack Jones were the two protagonists to be indulged in the scuffle during the Christmas game. It all started with the heated conversation between the two, and Jones had a stroke towards Rice’s helmet. Following up the incident, Rice ripped the mouthpiece of Jones out. The Chiefs WR found it later lying on the grass, picked it up, and threw it away.

Multiple videos went viral on social media that depicted the entire incident. Though the NFL on CBS did not notice the mouthpiece-ripping part, a lot of videos on social media depicted that. The rookie was also termed as ‘classless’ by many netizens.

Jones had a role in heating the environment ahead of the game. In his press conference, the Raiders player earlier implied the Chiefs a one-man army. He hinted that if his team would stop Patrick Mahomes, then the entire Chiefs would forget to play the game properly.

From getting taunted on the turf to social media, the Chiefs did not have anything going right against the Raiders

The Kansas City Chiefs would like to forget the harassment they faced that they had against the Raiders on Monday. None of a single thing went in favor of them on the turf. Implementing what he said earlier, Jones had a gala time on the gridiron against Mahomes.

Jones collected a pick-six from one of Mahomes’ throws and returned it for a touchdown. While running in the direction of the endzone, he taunted Mahomes casually with a staredown. The move and the attitude of the CB summed up the fate of the game.

But that was not the only taunt the Chiefs suffered. They were subjected to loads of banters on social media regarding the Rice incident. Check out some of the comments that the fans made.

The Chiefs this season are the shadow of their prime. It is to be seen when they achieve a place in the playoffs this season. They are still the table toppers of the AFC West.
