“Must Watch”: Chris Simms enjoys at Josh Allen’s expense

Josh Allen is used to people lining up to shake his hand or give him a high five so the Bills Mafia darling didn’t know what to do when NBC Sport’s Peter King left the him hanging at the end of his interview. Allen was a good sport about the exchange and waited for King to finish his set.

Allen held his pose and got what he was looking for. The video of the awkward moment King is talking about went Viral on social media. As always twitter had fun with it.

Big-time writer vs Best QB Josh Allen

Bills quarterback Josh Allen motifs to the bench for one more play in the final seconds of the first half against the Jets.

King’s colleague at NBC Chris Simms had a hilarious reaction to the scene “You know you’re a big-time writer when you can leave the best QB in the league hanging.” Simms wrote. King a veteran reporter was interviewing Allen in Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher College. To be honest it looked like a genuine mistake on King’s side as he probably didn’t see Allen’s hand and then wanted to end his bit instead of stopping midway.

King took to twitter to apologise “You know, that was a tad awkward. Sorry for that one, Josh Allen,” King wrote. “Thanks for being a good sport.” Josh Allen led Bills are one of the favorites to win it all this season with Allen as frontrunner for MVP.

The quest for Lombardi will start for the Bills against LA Rams the defending champs, and another favorite of the odds makers. Last season ended on a disappointing note for Allen and the Bills against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime.
