The San Francisco 49ers pulled off an exceptional result against the Dallas Cowboys in the divisional round clash. The 49ers triumphed by a 19-12 margin progressing into the NFC Championship game where they’ll face the Philadelphia Eagles.
49ers running back Christian McCaffrey had a huge role to play in the victory. The 26-year-old scored the only touchdown of the game at an incredibly crucial juncture to draw the momentum toward his side.
McCaffrey recorded 10 carries of the ball for a total of 35 yards alongside six catches totaling 22 yards against the Cowboys. And it is fair to say the running back had plenty of support from the crowd in particular.

McCaffrey’s girlfriend Olivia Culpo was in attendance at Levi’s stadium and cheered her boyfriend on every second. The former Miss Universe made her presence felt even before the game, as she embraced McCaffrey on the pitch.
Culpo shared a video of the couple embracing on her official Instagram account. She continued to show her love for McCaffrey through a series of Instagram stories. Culpo and Christian McCaffrey have been in a relationship since 2019 and they have simply gone from strength to strength over the past year.
“When your best friend is living his dream @ChristianMcCaffrey. I love you so much,” captioned Culpo in one of her stories after the game.
Despite the victory, the 49ers fans will fret over the fitness of their star running back who was seen working his right calf. However, McCaffrey assured fans that should be completely fine for their upcoming game against the Eagles.
McCaffrey was extremely pleased to have reached this far into the playoffs in his first season with the franchise. After the game, he thanked the 49ers organization for showering him with so much love.
McCaffrey said, “It’s unbelievably special. I’m so proud to be a part of this whole organization. All these guys work so hard, it wasn’t very pretty out there today, but we got it done. So proud of our guys.”
