Zachary Kapono Wilson has already earned a lot of admirers around the world. He played college football at BYU and impressed one and all with his top-class performances. In fact, he was named the bowl game MVP on two occasions
He was selected second overall by the Jets in the 2021 NFL Draft. Although he didn’t post incredible numbers last season, several top experts have high hopes for him for the upcoming season as they reckon that he has what it takes to be a star QB.

However, Zach has ended up making the headlines for off the field stuff on a few occasions and recently, something similar transpired. Zach’s ex-girlfriend posted a comment on social media regarding the QB’s love life and as expected, they went crazy viral.
Abbey Gile, who is no longer in a romantic relationship with Zach, accused the QB of being the actual “homie hopper.” When someone called Abbey a homie hopper for allegedly dating the QB’s best friend after breakup, she replied by saying that Zach was dating his mother’s best friend and reminded everyone who is the real homie hopper.
This revelation resulted in an absolute Tsunami of reactions on Twitter. Recently, NFL analyst Colin Cowherd also had a few things to say about the same. “For about 15 minutes last night the only thing I cared about was what did Zach Wilson mom’s best friend looked like,” he said.
“I couldn’t find it so I moved on. I didn’t care about it that much but I was looking at the hometown, high school yearbooks,” Colin said. After that, Joy claimed that internet sleuth will eventually end up finding her out to which Colin replied by saying, “Nope! Nobody could because I looked.”
Post that, Joy claimed that if she gets time, she will try to find out more about the “best friend,” after which Colin asked her to text him about her whenever she does end up finding her. “All this (Zach Wilson homie hopper saga) is indeed very Zacky,” Colin added.
