The Dallas Cowboys suffered a major setback at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers last week by a margin of 42-10. It was a 32-point defeat for the Cowboys. However, Dak Prescott, the star quarterback for the Cowboys, does not seem to be breaking down despite being severely criticized after the game.

The Cowboys’ offense led by Dak was a mess as it hardly created any threat to the 49ers defense. Dark also tremendously underperformed. Seeing all these, the analysts started trolling them once again. They said that the Cowboys gulped again when it was needed.

Their next encounter will take place against the Los Angeles Chargers and the Cowboys are gearing up for it. Ahead of the clash, Dak Prescott faced the media and spoke explicitly on some issues deriving from the loss against the 49ers to the upcoming match against the Chargers.

He seemed confident that Dallas would come back to their feet as the star QB said, “I’m confident as hell. I feel great. What we’ve put together, the plan, everything we’ve worked on going back to the spring, I’d be crazy to lose confidence in that. Sh*t’s hard. And it got hard Sunday. The last thing we’re gonna do is give up and quit or say let’s start from scratch and start over. Absolutely not.”

Speaking on the horrific loss against the 49ers, the QB said, “You can’t be shaken by (that loss to the 49ers). You can’t change your preparation. You can’t change anything you’ve done because that happened. Bad night, bad timing for some turnovers. We just couldn’t do anything on offense.

It was a terrible performance from him, as the QB only managed to register a single touchdown and intercepted thrice. He was also sacked.

Overall, Dak has covered 1,061 passing yards with five touchdowns in five games. He completed 111 of his 160 passes at a 69.4% passing completion rate. The QB has been intercepted four times which the player needs to improve.
