Deion Sanders, the Colorado Buffaloes’ head coach, delivered a fantastic speech after his team lost against the USC Trojans in college football. The match was a mouth-watering encounter that favored the Trojans by a margin of 48-41. In the first half, the Caleb Williams-led Trojans took a commanding lead of 34-7. The second half was all about the Buffaloes trying hard to turn the tables. They almost came back and garnered 34 points in the final thirty minutes. Nonetheless, the team failed to win.
Despite the loss, head coach Deion Sanders praised the performance of his boys. In a locker room speech after the match, Coach Prime addressed things and said that he is proud of the spirit of the players.
“You know how much I hate losing, because I am winner. You have nothing, nothing, not one thing to hang your head down on. You guys fought, you were resilient, you didn’t give up. You could’ve quit, you could’ve tapped out. I’m so damn proud of y’all,” Sanders said in his fiery speech.
“Now y’all understand where we are,” Sanders said. “You understand what could’ve, should’ve [happened] if we would have played the first half like we did the second. Understand that taste in your mouth, so you don’t ever [have to taste it] it again. You have to be a fool if you can’t see what we are building here. I am proud of each and everyone of you, coaches included,” he further added.

The Colorado Buffaloes have mellowed to 3-2 now
After a devastating season last year, the Buffaloes had a decent start to their campaign this time. They won back-to-back games. It was astonishing for the fans as the team, which registered a single win in 12 matches last season, won consecutive three games in a row. They also won the Colorado Derby by beating Nebraska.
However, their unbeaten run suffered a halt when they faced the Oregon Ducks. It was a shambolic defeat as they lost by 42-6. Against the Trojans, they also suffered a setback in the first half. The Trojans secured 34 points in the first half which nearly killed the game.

Nonetheless, the team put all their efforts forward and tried to win the game. It was Shedeur Sanders who played with his heart out. He covered more than 370 passing yards and had three touchdowns.
