“She changed her tone after allegations surfaced”: SHOCKING claims by an accuser’s son adds another twist in the Deshaun Watson case
Deshaun Watson
Deshaun Watson signed a massive deal with the Cleveland Browns a little while ago but apart from that, the man has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. He has been alleged by over 60 women on charges of sexual molestation and harassment.
Watson still has many cases against him. Moreover, it is not even sure if quarterback Deshaun Watson will be able to feature for the Cleveland Browns in the upcoming season. The NFL is inclined on handing out severe punishment to the quarterback for his involvement in the sexual harassment cases.
“Masseuse’s son’s recordings were released from Deshaun Watson’s side”: Josina Anderson
In fact, one of the woman accusers who claimed that Cleveland Browns quarterback Watson molested her, had filed a case against the team a little while ago. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee had filed a civil lawsuit against the Houston Texans so it would be fair to say that troubles are indeed plenty, not only for Deshaun and his current team but his former team as well.
As it turns out, some shocking new details have been released that might have a massive impact on the case. Senior NFL Insider Josina Anderson wrote a series of Tweets suggesting that a son of one of the woman accusers said that his mother was at first complimentary of Watson’s behavior and she changed her tone after allegations against him started surfacing.
“I’m told there’s a recording of an interview with the adult son of 1 of 12 women the NFL interviewed in the Deshaun Watson case —stating his mom initially was complimentary of Watson in their conversations after the massage, but later switched her account and tone after negative allegations surfaced about Watson,” she wrote along with other new details.
“The son intimated his mother intended to reward his silence, per league source. There’s a feeling that the NFL was initially cagey about details they learned from the woman’s son—after only mentioning they interviewed him in their report. The son’s recording was later reviewed by Watson’s side revealing the aforementioned details —presumably illuminating why this particular accuser was not included with the 5 women the NFL ultimately focused on at the hearing. I was also told the NFL presented no evidence of violence, force, threat or coercion in the allegations of the 5 women they focused on at the hearing before Sue Robinson, as first reported by @ProFootballTalk,” she wrote.
These details, undoubtedly seem extremely important to the case and might have a huge impact on the end verdict. As of now, the Browns would be hoping that Watson gets to play in the coming season as they don’t even have Baker now. On the other hand, innumerable people across the world want Deshaun to be punished severely.
It will be interesting to see which way the cases go from now on.
