When the WWE chairman Vince McMahon relaunched the XFL in 2020, it was on a path to becoming a massive success. However, the Covid-19 pandemic messed up the plans and McMahon dropped his plans.

But now that the pandemic is over, the Rock will have some time to achieve success in the 3rd rebooted version of the football league. Americans love football and leagues like XFL and USFL will get a lot of attention since they are played during the NFL off-season.
