The New England Patriots icon Tom Brady and the Brazilian fashion model, Gisele Bündchen, recently got divorced after being married for more than 13 years. Both have moved on with their lives, and Gisele has given a comeback to runaway modeling after the divorce. Amidst this, the 42-year-old model attended the 2023 Met Gala event wearing a gorgeous bridal gown.

The famed supermodel has been regularly attending every Met Gala event since 2003. After meeting the former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in 2007, the diva attended the 2008 Met Gala event as a couple and have been a constant in the star-studded event ever since. However, following their decision to split back in October 2022, Gisele now attends the fashion event without Tom Brady for the first time since 2007.

The couple last attended the event back in 2019 before the coronavirus pandemic struck and shut down the entire world. Now in 2023, Gisele has graced the Met Gala red carpet without the Patriots icon in a gorgeous Chanel Spring couture bridal gown. This isn’t the first time she has been seen in this beautiful dress.

Back in 2007, she wore the same dress in a photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar Korea magazine. There’s no hidden meaning in her dress choice. The 2007 photoshoot was shot by Karl Lagerfeld, whose designs were the theme for the 2023 Met Gala.

For more than a decade, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen were one of the most popular couples in the entire nation. However, both of them decided to get divorced after 13 years of marriage back in 2022.

“The decision to end a marriage is never easy,” the supermodel said in a statement at the time. “But we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always.”

Following their amicable divorce, both Brady and Gisele have been living their best lives. The 5’11” model is allegedly involved in a romantic relationship with her Jiu-Jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, and has also made a comeback to the runaway modeling industry.

And the 15-time Pro Bowl QB Tom Brady plans to start his sportscasting career with Fox Network in the fall of 2024. Until then, he’s spending a lot of time with his children and the 45-year-old is allegedly back on the dating scene again.
