The Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs will lock horns in Arizona this Sunday for the coveted prize of the Super Bowl LVII. Two of the most consistent teams throughout the season will get the opportunity to lay their hands on the most prized asset.
And with quality filled in both teams, all eyes will definitely be on the star quarterbacks on either side. Jalen Hurts from the Philadelphia Eagles and Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs. On one hand we’ve got new blood whereas on the other we’ve got loads of experience.
NFL analyst and pundit Skip Bayless has delivered his prediction for the Super Bowl and is of the opinion that the Eagles will take it home courtesy a 30-27 victory. Moreover he’s also commented on which quarterback will be the man of the hour.
Skip Bayless believes Jalen Hurts will win the Super Bowl for the Eagles
Ahead of the Super Bowl LVII, it’s clear that NFL analyst Skip Bayless is favoring Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. Skip Bayless made his thoughts clear on who he thinks will have the greater impact on Thursday and is certain Hurts will get this one over Mahomes.
“I believe in Jalen Hurts. I have since the start. I believe in his character. I believe in his guts. I believe in his heart. I believe in his leadership. I believe in his playmaking. I believe he will make a few more plays than Patrick Mahomes. I believe that the biggest reason the Eagles win this game will be Jalen Hurts. And I also believe it will be close in higher scoring. I’m going 30-27 Philadelphia.”
What is interesting to note here is that Skip Bayless is originally a Dallas Cowboys fans and hence Philadelphia Eagles are a direct rival to them! Even then he’s favoring Hurts which certainly indicates he likes him a lot.
“And by the way, I’m a Cowboys fan. I hate the Philadelphia Eagles. I hate them! But I love me some Jalen Hurts, and I believe in him on the biggest stage, even though he’s never played on this stage.”
The Super Bowl LVII is set to start at 6:30 pm ET on the 12th of February 2023 in Arizona.
