Aaron Rodgers gave his views in the Twitter interaction on the Pat McAfee show and it was highly positive, the QB also touched on the possibility of the duo teaming up at the Packers.

“Odell and I have been friends for a number of years now,” Aaron Rodgers said. “And so we keep in contact often. We’ve talked various times over the years and obviously with a player like that, you’re always hoping there’s a time when you can figure things out and play together.”

Aaron Rodgers was looking happy and elated on the Pat McAfee show as he had recently won against a formidable Patriots side and also his favourite soccer team Manchester City triumphed over their city rivals Manchester United as Rodgers was seen wearing the blue City kit.

Aaron Rodgers stated that it would be great to tea up with Aaron Rodgers as he is a ‘special talent’ who works very hard for his team. OBJ played an integral part in the Ram’s Super Bowl run last season.

Aaron Rodgers would love to add someone like his capability to his roster as the Packers need firepower upfront after the departure of Davante Adams but Rodgers is not sure about OBJ’s status.

Odell Beckham Jr. is currently recovering from his ACL injury that he suffered last season and is undergoing rehab treatment in the Bahamas. The WR will probably be back and in full health around December.

Even after that, many big teams have lined up for the signature of Odell Beckham Jr. and Aaron Rodgers will try his best to persuade the Super Bowl winner on his side.
