‘Big brother is watching you.’ It seems T. J. Watt, the linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers, took the proverb too seriously and hence provided a stellar performance against the Tennessee Titans. His brother, the Houston Texans and Arizona Cardinals legend J. J. Watt was present in the stands. In his presence, Brother Watt had a brilliant game with four combined tackles.
Brother Watt’s best moment came when he sacked Will Levis without his helmet. The incident occurred after an offensive player ripped his helmet off. However, the LB did not stop and kept going and sacked the Titans QB. This move left everyone, including J.J. Watt, in shock. His brother was so impressed by the move that he shared a short clipping on X and wrote,
We don’t need no helmet.

Of course, he did not stop there. As a proud brother, he discussed his brother’s heroics after the game.
We grow up in Wisconsin and Reggie White is a very very big deal to us. Anytime we see our two names anywhere in the stratosphere near Reggie White, we literally get chiles. We are so thankful and grateful for being in this position. TJ is going to break all my records. He is gonna break every single one. It is just a matter of when and I am very happy for him.J. J. Well, senior Watt needs to be happy. The performance his brother has shown this season is simply brilliant. He has 22 combined tackles and 9.5 sacks in eight games. Over the years, he has established himself as a dependable linebacker and has become an inevitable option for the team.
T.J. Watt is following his elder brother’s footsteps
J. J. Watt is having a tough competition from his younger brother. In his entire career, the player registered 114.5 sacks in 153 games.
JJ was also awarded the ‘Defensive Player of the Award’ three times when he was at the Houston Texans. However, his records do not seem safe with the unprecedented growth of his younger brother.

TJ has already had 87 sacks in 95 games, while JJ as a DE, had 87.5 sacks in 100 games. His ratings are higher and with time, it is expected that he will surpass JJ, his senior counterpart. It is to be seen where he ends his career.
