“Never be satisfied,” Jalen Hurts BOLDLY boasts of Philadelphia Eagles’ attitude after blowout victory against the Steelers

Jalen Hurts has a positive and competitive aura around him that is just contagious to the team.

The Philadelphia Eagles are early Super Bowl contenders for the 2022/23 season, and why wouldn’t they be? The Eagles have gone on to a 7-0 record after getting a massive 35-13 victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers, courtesy of their quarterback Jalen Hurts’ exceptional showing.

The Eagles are the only side who haven’t tasted defeat yet in the whole of the NFL and are making a clear statement about their process and the improvements they have made from the past year. Jalen Hurts, who is only 24 years old, has made himself a big candidate to win the MVP award this season.

However, Jalen Hurts though is never a big talker about himself and maintained that reputation when asked about his franchise’s transition from the earlier seasons to their success this time around.

Jalen Hurts spoke of how the Eagles have all hopped onto his mentality and attitude, and that has helped them greatly in staying unbeaten so far. The second-year quarterback threw four touchdown passes of more than 25 yards, three of which were for star receiver A.J. Brown.

“I’ve never been one to speak on myself in this way,” Hurts said according to ProFootballTalk, “but I really felt the transition of this football team and especially being here in my second year starting. I felt the transition of this football team, and I’ve always tried to have the right mentality approaching games and approaching different situations that may come throughout these experiences and what life may bring you. And I feel like the team is really kind of taking on the same mentality and that’s something that I preach as a leader, and I feel like they really bought into it.”

Hurts showed his leadership skills and urged his teammates never to be satisfied with their performance, something which has worked out perfectly for them so far and hopefully takes them well into the playoff stages this season.

In short, yes,” Hurts said. “That’s exactly what it is. I think this team has an attitude that is a direct reflection of mine. And the approach is to never be satisfied and to never waver in any condition or circumstance. And I think that’s what it’s come to be. And it’s beautiful to see.”
