“I don’t have anything to say about it other than I don’t know where people got the supposed resource from me,” Jerry Jones said Friday on 105.3 The Fan. “Anything in that was news to me. If anybody wants to put something in my car or listen on the phone, get in line.”

Reports are indicating that Commander’s owner Dan Snyder is known to hire private investigators to collect dirt on every owner of the NFL so that he could use it when the time is right. It was reported that Jerry Jones will sway the league to let Dan Snyder sell the Commanders.

Dan Snyder has owned the Commanders since 1999 and is hugely attached to the team. Although his affection for the team hasn’t helped, the Commanders have become a laughingstock in the league and are almost last in terms of results and attendance.

Jones has amassed a huge influence in the football community and has a lot of reach within the NFL. Some agents also call the 80-year-old the shadow commissioner of the NFL.

Jerry Jones, Robert Kraft, owner of the Patriots, and Clark Hunt, owner of the Chiefs, are known to wield significant power and work closely with the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

The fallout between the Cowboys owner and Dan Snyder started after an investigation into sexual impropriety in the Commanders and also an impending fraud case. Though on the front both the owners come off as friendly and people who have great respect for each other but behind the scenes, it’s a different story.

Reportedly, there’re loads of politics happening behind the scenes in the NFL as it’s one of the most valuable leagues in the whole world. Though we still don’t know if it’s all true or just a ruse made to amuse us all.
