The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is currently one of the most talented players in the league. He is currently busy training with his franchise for the upcoming 2023 season, but he claims he wouldn’t mind taking time off to attend the pop sensation Taylor Swift‘s concert at the Paycor stadium in July.
The newly single Taylor Swift will be performing at the Bengals‘ home field stadium Paycor Stadium famously known as the Jungle. She is supposed to be in Cincinnati on July 1, 2023. During a press conference on Tuesday, Joe Burrow, who claims he’s not a swiftie, is thinking about stopping by the concert.
“I have a lot of respect for what Taylor Swift has done with her career, I can’t say that I’m listening to too much Taylor Swift on the speakers in the headphones. I know a lot of people are but that’s just not me, I have heard the tour is a lot of fun, though. Maybe I’ll stop by,” said Burrow.
Joe Burrow wouldn’t be the first NFL quarterback to attend a Taylor Swift concert this year. Just a few weeks ago, the New York Jets QB Aaron Rodgers was seen vibing and dancing to the tunes of the 12-time Grammy Award winner Swift in her concert at the MetLife Stadium. However, Rodgers seemed like a pure Swiftie in and out!

Joe Burrow pisses off Country fans with his music taste

The Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow has caused a massive debate on social media with his music taste. In fact, Burrow has pissed off some of his fans by claiming that he doesn’t like country music at all.
“I’m kind of all over the place. I’ll listen to some indie,” Burrow told reporters on Tuesday, “I’ll listen to some hip-hop, some pop. I’ll listen to just about anything but country.”
His statement about country music did not sit well with many people. Even the former Detroit Lions QB Dan Orlovsky had to chip in to let Burrow know not liking country music is a big no-no. “We have an issue,” tweeted Orlovsky.
Burrow threw shade at country music immediately after saying that he’ll stop by at the Taylor Swift concert in July. Nonetheless, this is something the Bengals PR team would’ve wanted the franchise QB to keep to himself.
On the sporting side of things, the Bengals have begun organized team activities as they get closer and closer to the NFL pre-season, which is set to start in August.
