It’s not a secret that the New York Jets star Aaron Rodgers is a Taylor Swift fan, as he was seen entering the VIP suite to watch the 12-time Grammy Award winner’s Eras Tour performance at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The 39-year-old quarterback was later seen dancing to her live performance.

Swift’s US leg of the Eras tour began on March 17 and will continue until August 9, 2023. She will be traveling around the US and performing some of her most famous songs. The tour will include her latest album, “Midnights,” “Lover,” “Folklore,” and “Evermore.” According to Taylor herself, the Eras tour is a tribute and a journey through all the eras of her musical career. She previously had to cancel her tour in 2019 due to COVID restrictions. This will be her second-biggest sellout after her 2018 Reputation stadium tour.

Her latest stop was at MetLife Stadium, home of the NFL team New York Jets, and it’s no surprise some big-name celebrities from different fields will show up to enjoy the concert. Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers attended the event along with friend and actor Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry. He was definitely enjoying Taylor’s live performance, as he was moving in a trance when she performed her song “Style“.

It seemed like Rodgers was having the time of his life while listening to Taylor Swift’s performance during her Eras tour. He was filmed to be moving along with the songs and especially when the singer started singing “Style”

Rodgers’ love for Swift’s song didn’t go unnoticed

Some were, however, quick to point out that the Jets player had little too much to drink.

Some were even quick to point out that celebrities are also human beings and deserve to have fun.

The former Green Bay Packers player was recently traded to the Jets in April. The four-time NFL MVP recently revealed that he was very excited to join the New York Jets. He also mentioned that he had to “pinch” himself to even believe that he was going to play for them.

However, things haven’t been that smooth for the soon-to-be 40-year-old, as Rodgers tweaked his calf muscle while in “pre-practice conditioning.” This will be the first time in 18 years that he will miss the off-season practice sessions due to an injury. Rodgers commented on his injury, “I have not done it before! I haven’t done it in 18 years; so, obviously, there’s some science behind it.”

Even so, a small setback was not about to stop Rodgers from attending Swift’s concert, as he confirmed in an interview with host Adam Schein on SiriusXM’s Mad Dog Sports Radio. The California native said that he will “for sure” attend and also said he is a “big fan” of the Singer.

Rodgers, if he recovers from his injury in time, will line up as a Jets player for the first game of the 2023 regular season at MetLife Stadium on September 11. He will be facing off against Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills.
