The Cincinnati Bengals completed a satisfying victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday at the Acrisure Stadium, taking them down 37-30. After facing defeat to the Steelers 10 weeks ago, this win will come as a sweet redemption for Zac Taylor and his boys.

After a disappointing start to the season which saw the Bengals at 0-2, they are currently 6-4 for the season. They have managed to grab hold of the seventh and final AFC playoff spot following the win on Sunday.

Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was the star of the game and really came to life for his team when they needed him the most. Burrow completed a 33-yard drive to Tee Higgins along with passes of 27 and 15 yards on the drive to Tyler Boyd.

It was a sweet and satisfying victory for Joe Burrow who was quick to label this win as one of his favorites during his time with the Cincinnati Bengals. He said despite the challenging weather; they managed to find a way to win, which was commendable. “That was awesome. One of my favorite wins since I’ve been here,” Burrow said during his post-match conference. “Lot of adversity. AFC North game. Bad weather. Cold, windy. We fought through, found a way to win.”

“They tried to put a lot of pressure on us, especially on second down. Joe, I thought, handled that really fine and found the guy who had the best matchup,” said Bengals coach Zac Taylor.

Joe Burrow spoke highly about his Steelers counterpart Kenny Pickett as well, who performed admirably for Pittsburgh. Burrow said that he’s a young guy who can build off the momentum he got after the game.

“I thought he did great today,” Burrow said. “He can build off of that momentum that he showed today. He’s got some young guys around him that he can build some chemistry with. I think he did a great job today. I told him after the game to continue to build off of this one.”
