“Better now than later”: Joe Burrow to undergo surgery to remove his appendix, will miss some practice time

Joe Burrow who we last saw on an NFL field in a losing effort to the LA Rams at Super Bowl LVI will be missing from the Bengals training camp which began on Tuesday.
Bengals shocked NFL under the able leadership of Burrow and reached the Super Bowl where they just fell short. Burrow who will be beginning his 3rdyear in the league is undergoing surgery to have his appendix removed according to NFL network’s Ian Rapoport.
Joe Burrow to undergo a minor surgery

Burrow who was diagnosed with Appendicitis will undergo minor surgery for the same. The recovery from said surgery will result in Burrow being away from the field for some time as a standard appendectomy has relatively short recovery time. If everything goes well Burrow will be available for the beginning of Bengals campaign to win it all.

Burrow the no.1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft will be eligible for extension after this season and is Bengals top priority as he has had more success under center for the Bengals than any another QB in the last few decades. Bengals hope that Burrow will be the man to lead Cincci to their 1st ever Super Bowl victory, so his health is the topmost concern for the Bengals.
Burrow had one of the most gruesome injuries ever in his rookie year and won the Comeback Player of the Year award after his heroics in the last season when his team went 10-7 in the regular season and into the big game’
