The Aaron Rodgers trade saga was one of the biggest storylines during the 2023 NFL off-season. After months and months of speculations and rumors, the New York Jets acquired the 39-year-old quarterback from the Green Bay Packers in exchange for a bunch of draft picks just ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft last month. Ever since Rodgers joined the New York-based football team, he’s having the time of his life.

Immediately after signing with the Jets, Aaron Rodgers was seen enjoying the NBA and NHL playoff games with his new teammates in the Big Apple. Besides, he also introduced the Jets’ young defensive back Sauce Gardner to the A-list Hollywood actress Jessica Alba during an NBA playoffs game between the Miami Heat and the New York Knicks.

In that trend, the 10-time Pro Bowl quarterback was now seen vibing at a Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert at MetLife Stadium on Saturday. Rodgers attended the concert with actor Miles Teller and Teller’s wife, Keleigh. A short clip of the NY Jets’ franchise signal-caller dancing to Swift’s “Shake It Off” song went viral on social media, which led to some people questioning the quarterback’s commitment to the Jets in the off-season.

After the short clip of Aaron Rodgers dancing and vibing to Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” song went viral on social media, some people questioned the 4-time league MVP’s commitment to the Jets this season. However, Rodgers’ new teammate, John Franklin-Myers, has come to the aid of the 39-year-old quarterback and called out the people for being weird. “Y’all weird, why can’t he dance in peace,” wrote Myers while quote tweeting Rodgers’ dancing video.

Myers also praised Rodgers’ dancing skills and claimed that he will soon start taking dancing classes. Nonetheless, Rodgers seems to be having the time of his life in New York.

But, he will also certainly be focused on leading the young core of the NY Jets to a deep postseason run in the 2023 season. The Jets are now considered Super Bowl contenders after the addition of Aaron Rodgers and anything less than an AFC Championship game appearance would be considered a failure for Rodgers and the Jets.

The New York-based football team went 8-9 last season and missed the playoffs, but this time under the leadership of the veteran quarterback, the Jets have a shot at making it all the way to the championship game.
