LeSean McCoy, promptly known as “Shady,“ has played with as well as against some of the best players of the NFL in history, including the legendary Tom Brady. The 35-year-old never misses his chance to troll Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
However, this time the former RB may have crossed a line, as some fans think. The Cowboys had a Monday night football game against the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium on October 16. During the last remaining minutes of MNF, McCoy shaded the team by snatching the Cowboys flag from the hands of a fan and pretending to crumble it and throw it in the air.
Although it was just a joke and teasing in a friendly sense, the Cowboys fans seemed to not like it. As they think, McCoy released his frustration by trashing the flag. But in reality, it was just banter. McCoy is known for his impulsive emotions, as his nickname, ‘Shady’, was given by his mother.
The clip of Tom Brady‘s ex-teammate shading the Cowboys was shared by none other than the lead anchor of Speak, Emmanuel Acho with the caption, “Uh oh, Shady out here grabbing Cowboys flags from the fans!!!” accompanied by three laughing emojis. McCoy was seen laughing and teasing the team, saying, “I’m gonna throw this!”
McCoy announced his retirement a couple of years back, in 2021, after signing a ceremonial contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was drafted in the NFL draft in 2009 by the Eagles at No. 53rd. After spending six years with the team, he became the all-time leading rusher of the franchise.
LeSean McCoy mocks Dak Prescott’s dismal performance against the 49ers
LeSean loves to take digs at the Cowboy’s QB Dak Prescott. And since his poor performance against the 49ers, which led to the team’s blowout loss; McCoy didn’t wait too long. The Cowboys’ position in the game was so delicate that the fans were watching being frozen in their seat posing in the “surrender cobra.” But it was a fun game for the Cowboys’ opponents, especially the long-time rival McCoy.

The former Eagles running back couldn’t hide his feeling of joy while watching the QB Prescott throw three interceptions in a single match. He even made a sarcastic tweet on his X handle, declaring Prescott is back. He wrote,” He backkkkkkk. Pick pick pick,” along with eight crying-laughing emojis.
The Cowboys’ game against the 49ers was absolutely terrible, and so was Prescott. He only attempted 24 passes and completed 14 of them, while three ended up with 49ers defenders.
