The Detroit Lions are having a blast this season. Registering their seventh win in nine games, they have become the only team after the Philadelphia Eagles to win seven games in the NFC. They sealed off a closely fought game against the Los Angeles Chargers this Sunday 41-38 and are striving for the playoffs, which they haven’t seen in six years.

If someone deserves the credit for this then that person is none other than Dan Campbell. The head coach who is leading the team to the path of their desirable success.

After the seventh win of the season, a locker-room speech by the head coach shook the social media. The short viral video depicted his love and passion for the game.

Every week is different. And you don't know what it is going to take to win the game. We did what we had to do to win the game. That's what good teams do. No matter what man, I get it never ever do not feel bad about a win man. This or that about a win man. They are too hard to come by. You earned that win. No matter what you say, you earned that win. And we will accept it. Alright?

Adding more words of encouragement to the players, the HC further stated,

All I have got is two game balls. Alright, two. Give me the first one. Rilley Patterson. Listen, the next one is special. This guy is a rock, man. He does everything for us. He is an offensive player. Run Game, Pass game, Third down. What you need he does everything. Runs the ball, passes the ball, Mister ST. Brown. Break it down.

Football fans lost it over Dan Campbell’s speech

Social media received Campbell’s speech on a positive note. Some people suggested the Detroit franchise to give him a lifetime contract.

The Lions are expected to make their first playoff appearance in six years. And who knows if they indeed make it to the postseason, they might actually grab the first win of that stage in more than three decades. Campbell’s influence on this team is undeniable.
