Mark Cuban has some advice for Taylor Swift. The Dallas Mavericks boss wants the 12-time Grammy winner to leave her latest squeeze, Travis Kelce.

In a recent segment of First Take, the charismatic business tycoon appeared to discuss the Mavericks NBA hopes this season. But for the time being, the biggest story is the Kelce-Swift relationship. So the host, Molly Qerim, could not resist asking Cuban what his thoughts were about the new star couple.

Qerim asked,” In or out on this? Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce relationship,” to which Cuban replied,” I think it’s real. She does not need PR. She impacts economies when she brings her tour to a city. I mean, she’s literally the most popular artist on the planet right now.”

But not even Molly was expecting what the Shark Tank contributor had in mind. “Taylor, sorry if you’re listening, Travis. Break up with him,” he said. “I got a bunch of good-looking single guys that play for the Dallas Mavericks. I got you, ok, I got you.”

Co-host Stephen A. Smith‘s reaction was priceless. “Oh Lord!” He did, however, admire Mark Cuban’s genius tactic to lure Taylor Swift away. A businessman is always thinking about how he can profit the most.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship is good for football

Mark Cuban is correct about Taylor Swift contributing to the economy when any of her tours roll into a city. It’s an occasion no Swiftie wants to miss, and even if someone is not an avid follower of the ‘Blank Space’, they too queue for a ticket. The events help to energize local businesses and the people that are connected to them.

As per Jeannie Kopstein and Mariah Espada of the Times Magazine, Swift’s Eras Tour was projected to gross $2.2 billion in North American ticket sales alone. Not only that, streaming services racked up a ton of views.

Cuban was probably aware that FOX’s Kansas City Chiefs vs. Chicago Bears games had 24.32 million viewers, the most of the weekend. Why? Taylor Swift made her public appearance wearing a Chiefs’ jacket and getting chummy with Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna Kelce, in the VIP box.

However, viewership wasn’t the only impact the ‘You Belong With Me’ singer has had on the two-time Super Bowl winner. After last week’s game, Travis Kelce’s Instagram account reportedly saw 300 thousand new subscribers.

Not only that, the Associated Press reported that the 33-year-old’s Chiefs’ jersey sales increased by 400% on the Fanatics website and also on NFLShop.com. Travis Kelce was already a popular figure among football fans, and with Taylor Swift entering the frame, he is getting global recognition.

More importantly, she will be present at MetLife Stadium in October to cheer for Travis once more. The Kansas City Chiefs will face the New York Jets.
