Brock Purdy had a brilliant regular season. He gave it all to take his team to the Super Bowl. He earned the respect and love of the fans as well as from the analysts. However, what he has enjoyed the most is the support of his teammates. The quarterback has got love from his teammates and his head coach. The latest to join the bandwagon is Nick Bosa, who in an interaction with Brock Purdy asked from where he got the confidence that he exhibited in the NFC Championship game.
Bosa told Purdy, in a clip that aired on Inside the NFL:
The fact that you are doing this blows my mind. Do you think you’d be this good? How much confidence did you have? Because I was the second pick in the draft and I lacked confidence at times.Nick Bosa told Brock Purdy

Purdy interrupted his teammate while asking the question. He said that not only him (Purdy) but also everyone has done an amazing job. In addition, he further stated that he could do better.
Purdy replied:
Honestly, I could do better, bro.Brock Purdy to Nick Bosa
The quarterback did not have a great game in the postseason and the the Super Bowl game against the Kansas City Chiefs could be his target to get back in rhythm. He got good support from his teammates. However, the championship game will be different. The Niners will face the second-best defense in the league that has not let anyone edge past 30 points this season. Purdy would face an uphill task against them.
Brock Purdy made his father proud
With the clutch victory against the Detroit Lions, Brock Purdy not only impressed his teammates but also his father. After the game, Shawn Purdy, his father who has an athletic history, was in tears. He said that his son did everything that he could do to lift the Championship. This was unfinished business for him as he suffered a brutal injury in last year’s championship game. He was able to get it done this year.

Brock Purdy’s father said, addressing the reporters:
I am so proud of him. The resilience and just what went on last year and how bad he felt for the guys. I know he was going to do everything he could to take these guys back and to get in there and 2023 champions. Unbelievable.Shawn Purdy said
It is worth noting that Brock Purdy’s father Shawn played Minor League Baseball back in the 1980s. His major breakthrough came when he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1987. He went on to play the game for 8 seasons.
