The Baltimore Ravens improved to 13-3 after their week 17 win over the Miami Dolphins. They also clinched the top spot of the AFC with that win and will enjoy home-field advantage during the postseason. Their WR Odell Beckham Jr. has been to a lot of different teams throughout his career, but he feels that this Ravens team might be the best one he’s been on.
Beckham was drafted by the New York Giants back in 2014. He played in the Big Apple for five seasons before going to the Cleveland Browns. After a rather injury-prone stint with the Browns, Beckham decided to take his talents to Los Angeles, where he won a Super Bowl with the Los Angeles Rams in 2021. The receiver joined the Ravens in this year’s offseason and is in the hunt for another Super Bowl ring.
While talking to his teammates in the locker room after the game, Beckham said,
This is probably the best team I’ve ever been on from the top to the bottom.
The ohs and woahs can be heard in the background after the veteran receiver made the high comparisons to his past teams. Beckham has played in 14 games so far this season.
The Ravens have been one of the best teams in the league this season. They have played some fantastic football and will look to do so in the postseason as well. They will play their final regular season game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday.
Baltimore Ravens lock up AFC’s top seed after dominant win over the Miami Dolphins
The Baltimore Ravens won their week 17 game against the Miami Dolphins and locked up the top seed of their conference. It was a dominant display against a very good Dolphins side as the Ravens piled on 56 points en route to 37 point victory. They will now have a bye round in the postseason and will play their playoff games at home.
Ravens’ HC John Harbaugh talked about the team’s win on Sunday.
I couldn't be more proud of this football team. I couldn't be more proud of the fans man. … We have a lot more to do. We have a lot of work to do in front of us. This is a mature football team and they understand that.Harbaugh said
The Ravens will play the Pittsburgh Steelers in their final game of the season. They are expected to rest a lot of their star players for that game. The last time the Ravens were the AFC’s top seed, was 2019.
