“This is epic”: Fans are in love with Patrick Mahomes’ new beer ad which isn’t a beer ad at all

Patrick Mahomes

Most recently, Mahomes appeared in a commercial that shocked and amused every football fan who saw it. The NFL doesn’t allow active players to endorse beer directly. However, Mahomes being Mahomes figured out a way of doing one such commercial without violating NFL’s policy.

He ended up doing an ad about beer which wasn’t about beer at all. Patrick was seen in a commercial for Coors Light but because he couldn’t talk about the product directly, they made the commercial about flashlights. One has to admit that whosoever came up with the idea, deserves a raise.

A lot of people were impressed with Mahomes and of course, the brand he endorsed for executing such a fun and unique campaign. Even 49ers TE George Kittle was mighty impressed with the ad.

Here are a few more reactions

Patrick was sensational last season and he has a lot riding on him in the coming season. The man got the ability to drag his team out of trouble and if he is able to do that on a regular basis, the upcoming season might just turn out to be the season of the Chiefs.
