The NFL is one of the biggest leagues on the planet and Patrick Mahomes is one of the poster boys of the league. The superstar quarterback who features for the Kansas City Chiefs has guided his team to important wins on innumerable occasions.
The world knows that on the field, Mahomes is a fierce competitor who can turn any game on its head at any given time. As expected, Mahomes entered the preseason with the same swagger as he generally does.

In the preseason opener, the Kansas City-based franchise took on the Chicago Bears and although he played only a few snaps, Mahomes sure was able to provide the fans what they wanted. Patrick’s amazing pass to Blake Bell resulted in a touchdown during the Chiefs’ opening possession.
Patrick’s wife Brittany, who often gets a lot of flak on internet, was ecstatic with Mahomes’ performance. She took tp Twitter to warn the opponents to better be ready for the superstar quarterback. “& that’s a Touchdown & I hope y’all are ready for this season,” Brittany wrote on Twitter.
Although the Chiefs ended up losing the contest 14-19 to the Bears, Mahomes’ performance was surely praiseworthy. Things are going exceedingly well for the Kansas City star on the field as well as off the field. The champion footballer will soon be a father to another child in the near future.
The Chiefs do look settled and it is obvious that a preseason loss wouldn’t impact them much. Patrick brings in a lot of stability to the franchise which is why it wouldn’t be wrong to say that the Chiefs are a sure shot contender to lift Lombardi in the coming season.
