“I really don’t,” Rams head coach Sean McVay doesn’t want to chase Bill Belichick or Don Shula’s victory records in the NFL

Sean McVay led the Los Angeles Rams to a Super Bowl title last season, and is one of the very highly rated coaches in the whole of the NFL. He won his first Super Bowl title and given his relative young age the expectation is that he will go down as one of the best coaches in the league.
The 36-year old has already spent 5 seasons with the Los Angeles Rams as the head coach, winning a total of 55 matches during the regular season, and 7 in the playoff matches. McVay is also expected to eclipse the record set by two legendary NFL head coaches Bill Belichick and Don Shula to record most wins in their careers.
Sean McVay makes a big claim on his longevity in the NFL

Sean McVay is all set to tie the knot with Khomyn this Saturday, and will also expected to sign a contract extension with his franchise ahead of the season. Despite signing the extension, the head coach does not expect to reach the records set by the aforementioned legendary coaches.
This also gives out the feeling that, McVay will not stay on at the Los Angeles Rams for that long as Bill Belichick continues to do with the New England Patriots and Don Shula did with Miami Dolphins from 1970 to 1995.
“If you said, ‘Do I have a desire to try to chase like Belichick or Don Shula in wins?’ — I really don’t,” Sean McVay said in an interview after the NFL owners meetings in March.
“Hell yeah,” McVay said, adding, “But if you said, ‘Who is the best of all time, or the most successful of all time in terms of longevity … that hasn’t ever been something that really has been appealing to me.”
