After suffering a tragic loss against the Buffalo Bills at 31-10, the Dallas Cowboys prepare to face the Miami Dolphins in the upcoming week 16, on Monday Night Football Game. This matchup is crucial for both teams, as they are in the playoff hunts with the same season record of 10-4.

On one hand, the Cowboys could have improved to an 11-3 competing against the San Francisco 49ers for the top NFC seed but dropped to a 10-4 standing after the week 15 loss. And on the other hand, Miami has improved their record to 10-4 after a dominating victory against the New York Jets by 30-0. It also redeemed them from their humiliating loss against the Titans.

Now on Monday, these two are up against each other and the game is going to be quite thrilling. The discussion has already started as a sports analyst and former NFL player Richard Sherman asserted his views on the possible conclusion of the game. He believes that as a wide receiver, Tyreek Hill has a high chance of playing on Monday, he is going to bring the Cowboys their second consecutive defeat.

When sports analyst Skip Bayless asked Sherman for his gut feeling on how bad the week 16 matchup could be for his team, the Cowboys against the Dolphins. Sherman replied:

I don't think it'll be bad for your Cowboys necessarily. I think you guys will find a way to score points now.

He went on to add:

I think it's a closing game. I don't think it's a blowout. I think it's probably 27-31, Miami pulls it out..31-27, whatever way you wanna put it. But I think you guys are able to score points. I think Dak bounces back, they find some answers, and they push the ball down the field. I don't think CeeDee Lamb and Dak have two bad games back-to-back, because then the concern meter goes way up. I don't imagine that happening.

Will Tyreek Hill play next week against the Cowboys?

Fortunately for receiver Hill, he couldn’t be a part of the Dolphins’ exemplary victory in week 15 against the Jets that got them eliminated from the playoffs. He suffered a severe ankle injury in last Monday’s loss against the Tennessee Titans.

As suggested by the doctors, the star wideout had to miss a week of the regular season. But with a speedy recovery, there is a high chance that he is going to play next week against the Cowboys. And when we do, the Cowboys would have quite a tough challenge.

Throughout this season, receiver Hill has logged 1,542 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns. He is leading the league in both receiving yards and touchdowns.
