Sean McVay and OBJ
The LA Rams had a fantastic season last time around, it just couldn’t have been any better. Whenever they were put under pressure, they were able to find ways to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, and as a result, they ended up winning the Super Bowl.
One has to admit that the transfers made by the Rams last time around turned out to be masterstrokes. They roped in Lions stalwart Matt Stafford and he ended up delivering superb performances. However, hand down the transfer of the season was Odell Beckham Jr.

OBJ’s mid-season transfer story turned out to be a fairytale, for the player, as well as for the franchise. Right from the word go, OBJ played like he always belonged to the Rams. Even at the Super Bowl, he was in outstanding form before an injury forced him out of the game midway.
Before the 2022 season, it is expected that OBJ will sign with the Rams yet again as the franchise has turned out to be a perfect fit for him. However, he is yet to do so and the negotiations are still going on. Talking about the same, Rams coach Sean McVay had a few things to say on The Rich Eisen Show.

“Oh, of course. I really want Odell back on our team. He’s a guy that, in a short amount of time, we were able to develop a really special relationship. I thought he brought a great spark to our team. I thought he played really well. He’s a great teammate,” McVay recently told Eisen.
“Without a doubt, want to get Odell back here. That’s the goal and continuing to work toward a solution of him re-signing with the Rams,” he claimed, adding that he is truly a fantastic teammate. Moreover, he also commented on the torn ACL OBJ sustained during the Super Bowl.
“He made so many impactful plays. It was a shame to see him go down in that game but man, he sure still made an impact with those two catches that he did have,” he added.
