The Buffalo Bills had an early exit from the postseason following their divisional-round loss against the Kansas City Chiefs. Now they are in off-season mode trying to figure out what went wrong for them. Shepherd further kept flirting with Hamlin and even asked whether he could call her ‘mama’. However, later, she said that the 25-year-old defensive back Hamlin might be too old for her.
25? 25! That’s too old for me, 25. I don’t know about that. 25, oh gosh, y’all.Sherri Shepherd joked
The actress even brought the football player on stage to bust a few steamy dance moves in the fundraising event. According to Page Six, Shepherd later revealed that the event was important to her since she lost her mom at a young due to heart issues.
Damar Hamlin had a fun night on Wednesday
The Bills’ defensive back Damar Hamlin had a fun night on Wednesday while raising funds for the American Heart Association in an annual event.
Firstly, he jokingly flirted with the 56-year-old actress Sherri Shepherd and even danced on stage with her. Later, Hamlin — who just recently recovered from heart issues himself — got on the stage for the second time with his younger brother to introduce singer Demi Lovato as the headlining performer.
Earlier in 2023, Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest during the Bills’ regular season game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Everyone thought his career was over after that horrific incident.
However, he has made a swift recovery since then and got back to playing football for the Buffalo-based organization. As a result, he is now one of the finalists for the 2023 NFL Comeback Player of the Year award.
