“Show respect to your father,” Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants players have VIOLENT FIGHT post game goes viral
Dallas Cowboys vs New York Giants
The Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants have a storied rivalry that has seen many moments of heated exchanges between the two teams over the year.
After a closely contested game in which the Cowboys won 23-16 the ugly side of the great rivalry reared its head when the players were shaking hands post-game. The fate of the game was sealed after a Trevon Diggs interception in the 4th quarter with little over a minute left on the clock and the Dallas offense intending to kneel out the clock. Both the teams’ players started mouthing off at each other.

The exchange of words quickly accelerated to an all-out battle between the two squads as the clock ticked down the seconds. Till the broadcast ended both teams were still at it.
The game, an NFC East battle was more of a defensive battle than an offensive one with the Cowboys being led by backup Quarterback Cooper Rush as starting QB Dak Prescott recovered from a thumb injury and subsequent surgery. Rush did an adequate job to win the game by supporting the Cowboys’ defense well as he threw 31 passes for 21 completions and 215 yards for 1 touchdown with running back Tony Pollard leading the rushing attack with 13 rushes for 105 yards, on the other hand, Jones threw 37 passes for 20 completions for 196 yards and 1 interception with star running back Saquan Barkley rushing for 81 yards on 14 carries.
The Cowboys’ defense did its job and sacked Giants Quarterback Daniel Jones 4 times. Both teams have a 2-1 record with the Giants scheduled to take on the Chicago Bears next while the Cowboys will face the Washington Commanders.
