After defeating the Tennessee Titans at 20-16 on Thursday Night, the Pittsburgh Steelers have improved to a 5-3 in Week 9 of this season. However, the victory wasn’t good for everyone in the team. As the demand for firing offensive coordinators, Matt Canada was asserted by the former All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman.

In the latest episode of Undisputed, Sherman was discussing the recent outburst of the frustrated wide receiver George Pickens in the media, with analysts Skip Bayless and Keyshawn Johnson. He seems to blame the offensive coordinator of the Steelers for the outburst and demands a change in the coaching skip, effective ‘immediately.’

Agreeing with Sherman’s firm stance on Canada, sports commentator and co-host of Undisputed, Bayless said:

I agree with Richard on Canada… He might as well go to Canada.

He continued:

Winning in spite of their coordinator and putting him down on the sidelines to small plays..didn't seem to make it any difference.

While talking about the whole George Pickens-Steelers drama, Bayless put forward some good points. The analyst said on Pickens’ bursting his frustration on social media:

As you know, as I was taught by Bill Walsh and Tom Landry and Jimmy Johnson, it's hard to win a game in the National Football League. I get it. And when you win a game, you have to keep it in the context of the room is happy, the room is happy where we are. But you have to be careful about what's your goal here? Is it to win the football game or stats?

Bayless argued, though Pickens is a highly competitive player who aims for victory every time he steps on the field, even without him, the Steelers are still winning. But then, he creates a problem there wasn’t supposed to be one.

WR George Pickens’ social media outbursts, following Week 9 victory

Even after a 20-16 victory over the Titans, the Steelers’ wide receiver wasn’t satisfied at all. As in the game, Pickens recorded two catches for negative yards, so he went to his social media and posted “Free Me” for being upset with the Steelers. Not only that, he even removed all the Steelers-related content from his Instagram handle.

Following that, he unfollowed head coach Mike Tomlin and quarterback Kenny Pickett. However, when he was asked about his outburst, Pickens denied it saying:

I don't really mix social and football together.

Of course, his side of the story wasn’t believable. As he genuinely seemed upset when his teammate Diontae Johnson caught a touchdown pass in the game. This season so far, wide receiver Pickens has recorded 30 catches for 521 yards along with three touchdowns.
